You Like Scary Movies? What’s Your Favorite Scary Movie?

Slasher is for me to nerd out about my love for the horror genre.

As an artist, cosplayer, and writer (yeah, I guess I got the triple threat), I see horror as one of the best outlets for creativity and storytelling. Right now, I’m even working on my own analog horror series Tear Erosion.

The thing I love the most about horror though? The community. Every time I go to a con, I find some amazing people to talk to. We chat, maybe have a drink, and have a good time.

You don’t even have to go to a con to experience this—seriously, if you’re ever at a bar and want to start conversation, ask someone what their favorite horror movie is. You’ll probably be able to waste a few hours there, unless they hit you with the dreaded “I don’t watch scary movies,” of course.

That’s why I wanted to make Slasher. I wanted that same sense of community, in a safe and judge-free space for all horror fans. So, if you like scary movies, why not give it a go?

And, gonna be honest, I’d think you’d really like it here. I mean, come on, I talk about all kinds of things… like seriously, I know about some pretty cool stuff.
